Shipping & Returns

1.If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or if there is a difference, please retain all documentation and packaging, and send e-mail or instant online contact us. Then, we will provide you with further instructions. If the return of the package does not include all the accessories, it is with the parts, accessories and spare parts costs will be deducted from the total price of the product, the only guarantee is partially refundable. 

2.We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days after you receive your parcel. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our customer service staff will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you prefer. You must contact us before sending the items back. We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

3.Before returning the item, you must contact us. All items sent back to us must be in original condition, that is, not to wear, altered or washed, with all tags incidental. Worn or dirty items will be returned to your. We do not include freight exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage and shipping goods exchanged back to your shipping and handling. 

4.Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy. According to our cancellation policy, if you want to cancel your order ,we will deduct free from your payment. If you have any question about order please email us.
